Lead planning, development, and delivery of major transport infrastructure projects
Shape the strategic direction and standards of the transport planning and traffic engineering discipline

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years’ experience in transport planning and traffic engineering
Strong industry profile with proven leadership and team development capability
Deep understanding of multi-modal transport (roads, public transport, active transport), with TMR experience highly regarded
Demonstrated success delivering complex projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams
Strong client relationship, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in winning work, developing bids, and growing client portfolios
Sound commercial acumen and ability to drive project performance
Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or similar
