About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver civil infrastructure design across roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks and land development projects within transport, water, energy and government sectors
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and design documentation to budget and deadlines
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
- Support proposal preparation and project delivery across the national Land Infrastructure team
- Work directly with clients to understand challenges and develop practical engineering solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
- Around 10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure design
- Experience delivering roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks and pavement design
- Practical knowledge of industry software such as 12d or Civil 3D
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders
- A collaborative and positive mindset, interested in mentoring and developing engineers.
