- Build and strengthen client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, while leveraging your existing network to identify new opportunities and support business growth.
- Provide tailored engineering solutions that align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, working closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to continuously improve project outcomes and service offerings.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and team members, contributing to capability growth and a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12–15 years’ experience in water or wastewater treatment, with strong capability in process design and/or wastewater process modelling using BioWin and/or SUMO.
- Proven ability to win and deliver work, manage process components end-to-end, and successfully oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Advanced qualifications in Chemical and Process Engineering, Wastewater Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional accreditation and project management certification are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards, along with an established client network within the water or wastewater sector.
- A self-driven, personable, and client-focused approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and contribute positively to team and project environments.
