About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the strategic partner to the Country leadership team
- Implement Aurecon's People strategy across the Thailand organization
- Partner the Asia Regional People Team to champion key regional initiatives
- Lead, coach and develop the local People team to support operational delivery and strategy implementation
- Work on talent retention and development initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 years experience in senior stakeholders partnering
- Strong familiarity in the application of local Employment laws
- Hands-on experience in employee relations
- Practical experience in implementing change management and organizational culture harmonization
- Excellent communication in written and verbal English
