About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, manage and deliver large contaminated land projects
- Develop and implement Sampling Analysis and Quality Plans
- Coordinate and lead fieldwork campaigns including premobilisation and safety planning
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members
- Prepare high quality analysis and technical reports to ASC NEPM requirements
- Confident with data management and software with solid technical writing capability
- Collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams; liaise with clients and regulators
- Proposal and project management of contaminated land projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in environmental engineering or science disciplines
- Relevant experience in delivering contaminated land and/or groundwater investigations across multiple sectors
- A strong professional work ethic and commitment to health and safety
- Understanding of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 and National Environment Protection Measures and other current and emerging Queensland legislation
- A desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Australian citizenship, or ability to obtain citizenship in future is highly desired
- Current open driver’s license
