About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- managing and processing day-to-day operational functions under the Student Affairs, College Services initiative
- responsible for one or more services including withdrawals, HOPE scholarship evaluations, CHECS/TCHECS error management
- providing support in veteran affairs, financial aid, admissions, risk reviews and other future college services initiatives
- validating and accurately entering all student withdrawal information
- review and resolve all errors in the CHECS system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years related work experience
- 5 years of experience using BANNER student module for registrar functions
- 3 years of experience performing HOPE Scholarship Evaluations
- 3 years of experience managing the CHECS and TCHECS system
- 3 years of experience processing withdrawals in banner
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Ability to work as part of a statewide higher education community
