About the role
- Support our innovation, digitalization, and strategy projects using modern agile and lean working methods, including project management and responsibility for the operational implementation of industrial projects and business cases
- Develop, validate, and implement new business ideas in close collaboration with our partners, and manage product, service, and business-model innovations with our renowned partners from research through to real-world deployment
- Evaluate assets and solutions from the August-Wilhelm Scheer Institute in the market
- Contribute to our incubation programs, e.g. the Unternehmergeist-Saar program — in an operational role or as a coach
Requirements
- Completed degree, preferably with a focus in business, marketing, or a related field
- Some professional experience, for example in consulting in the areas of innovation or digitalization, or in a start-up environment; experience in corporate incubation, company building, and implementation projects is an advantage
- Methodological experience with Lean Startup approaches, Design Thinking, and agile methods, as well as a confident presence and excellent presentation skills
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
