About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver psychiatric rehabilitation interventions based on the IRP.
Provide services in the community, home, office, school, or telehealth (as approved).
Support skill-building in various areas including emotional regulation, hygiene, social skills, communication, wellness management, and more.
Attend and document monthly collaboration with the OMHC therapist.
Complete DLA 20 assessments, monitor and document progress.
Facilitate or co-facilitate PRP groups as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass background checks
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (preferred)
Experience with children, adolescents, or adults (based on program) (preferred)
Behavioral health or PRP experience (preferred)
