About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver psychiatric rehabilitation interventions based on the IRP.
  • Provide services in the community, home, office, school, or telehealth (as approved).
  • Support skill-building in various areas including emotional regulation, hygiene, social skills, communication, wellness management, and more.
  • Attend and document monthly collaboration with the OMHC therapist.
  • Complete DLA 20 assessments, monitor and document progress.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate PRP groups as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with children, adolescents, or adults (based on program) (preferred)
  • Behavioral health or PRP experience (preferred)
