About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver psychiatric rehabilitation interventions based on the IRP
- Provide services in the community, home, office, school, or telehealth (as approved)
- Support skill-building in emotional regulation, hygiene & daily living skills, social skill development, communication & problem-solving, wellness management, recreation and leisure, community living skills, health, nutrition, somatic management and counseling, co-occurring disorders, connecting with community resources, social involvement, community reintegration, money management and budgeting skills, managing health concerns, household management, school or community functioning, time management & organization, medication monitoring and education, coping skill building, anger management skill building, coordination of care with the members' treatment teams, vocational and educational support, technology and digital literacy, transitions and life changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background checks
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (preferred)
- Experience with children, adolescents, or adults (based on program)
- Behavioral health or PRP experience (preferred)
