About the role
- Escalation management: Handling non-automated cases
- Tenant support: Direct communication with tenants and property owners via email, WhatsApp, or phone
Requirements
- Career changers with customer service experience (e.g., from real estate or support) welcome
- Property or tenancy administration (SE), ideally with knowledge of German tenancy law (BGB) is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Zendesk, Odoo or similar systems is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with tenants/property owners
- Problem-solving ability and team spirit
- Good German language skills (C1+); English is a plus
- Completed training in the real estate field (e.g., real estate agent) ideal but not required
- Own laptop, headset and fast internet connection
