About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery of the data transformation
- Translate architecture into an executable plan
- Drive sprint planning and milestone tracking
- Act as point of contact for customer leadership
- Lead and contribute to data modeling across enterprise domains
- Build production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure Databricks
- Partner with cloud and DevOps team on data needs
- Define the QA approach for data quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years in data engineering and data platform delivery
- 5+ years in a Technical Lead role
- Azure Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL), Delta Lake
- Data modeling including SCD strategy, CDC patterns
- Production experience with Airbyte, Fivetran, or Azure Data Factory
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse, Cosmos DB, or Azure SQL Managed Instance
- CI/CD for data assets and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong written technical communication
