About the role
- Support company operations across compliance, contracts, finance, and people functions.
- Coordinate document workflows, including signatures, version control, and record organization.
- Maintain trackers for contracts, policies, and audit evidence to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist with budgeting, vendor management, and expense tracking.
- Prepare internal documentation, templates, and client-facing materials.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client rollouts.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across teams.
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Skilled in Google Workspace, Notion, Asana/Linear, and document management systems
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn compliance, finance, and client delivery processes
- Comfortable working across functions (engineering, legal, and external partners)
