About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and continuous learning;
  • Actively participate in defining the technical vision and product roadmap in collaboration with Product, Design and Architecture teams;
  • Ensure high quality and attention to deliverables by overseeing the entire development lifecycle to guarantee quality, performance and punctuality;
  • Drive continuous improvement by researching and defining the best architectures, processes and technologies to solve complex problems in innovative ways;
  • Prioritize the technical backlog and team requests, balancing technical debt, new features and innovation;
  • Define and monitor development metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and inform decision-making;
  • Serve as the primary technical reference for the team, coordinating communication with other departments and ensuring strategic alignment;
  • Develop and recognize talent by conducting performance evaluations and creating individual development plans (IDPs), as we believe growth comes from effort and dedication.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience of at least 4 years as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead or in a technical leadership position at digital product (SaaS) companies;
  • Deep knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and development of distributed, scalable systems, particularly with Java and Angular;
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • People management skills, including feedback, mentoring and career development;
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities to navigate technical and strategic discussions;
  • Experience developing B2B products, preferably SaaS;
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field.
