About the role

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support
  • Manage inbound communications and assist with client inquiries
  • Facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to support annual client review meetings
  • Support various projects as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be an advantage
  • A relevant degree, such as Economics, or Financial Services industry experience
  • An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner
  • Currently working towards your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII)
