About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with Business Development leadership to strengthen pipeline development, enhance competitive positioning, and improve probability of win (PWin) on strategic USCG opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new federal business opportunities aligned with AttainX’s strategic growth objectives
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners
- Assist in capture activities including customer analysis, opportunity qualification, competitive intelligence, solution positioning, win strategy development, and capture planning
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and engaging strategic teaming partners and subcontractors
- Active participation in client-facing engagements and industry events to support relationship building and pipeline growth
- Provide overall leadership support to AttainX program managers when delivering USCG contracts
- Represent AttainX at customer meetings, industry conferences, networking events, and federal outreach activities
- Travel as required to support customer engagement and business development activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive experience in managing federal projects and/or employees
- Established relationships with federal government customers, industry partners, and system integrators
- Working knowledge of the USCG and its mission areas
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple capture efforts simultaneously
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
