About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide specialist support for existing applications and services within the modules of the VR-Control product family
Identify and analyze customer inquiries and resolve them according to their priority
For issues that cannot be resolved directly, coordinate with the appropriate contacts on the development team and beyond
Restore customers’ ability to work as quickly as possible
Incorporate knowledge gained from customer interactions into the further development of applications and services
Contribute to the design and development process at an early stage
Support product quality assurance through testing activities
Take ownership of topics as a permanent member of an agile team
Assume responsibility across squads
Take on additional and varied responsibilities as part of a long-term career opportunity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business administration or banking, along with 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in liquidity risk management and cost management; alternatively, completed banking training and more than 6 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
Experience with the VR-Control product family is preferred
Flexibility in stressful situations and responsiveness to customer needs
Proactive coordination and solution-finding skills
Qualification in agile methodologies
Fluent German, both written and spoken, at least C1 level
Good English skills, B2 level
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
High level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
Assertiveness and resilience
Team spirit and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
