About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support the creation and further development of HR reporting and People Analytics, for example for the Executive Board, Works Council or managers, and prepare KPIs tailored to the target audience.
You will produce regular reports and data extracts for internal and external stakeholders and support on-time delivery.
You will assist in preparing management and committee reports and support the analysis of HR-related KPIs as well as their clear visualization.
You will support documentation, the preparation of client documents and user guides, and collaborate with operational partners and committees of the central works council.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Human Resources Management or a comparable subject and have successfully completed at least three semesters of your bachelor’s degree.
You are interested in HR Analytics, personnel controlling and data-driven HR management.
You have very good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ideally you already have first experience with SAP HCM or Oracle HCM and initial experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle FDI).
You work analytically, in a structured and independent manner and enjoy preparing data and producing meaningful reports.
You demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, reliability, initiative and organizational talent.
You have business-fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
