About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support our HR team in operational recruiting — from posting job advertisements and communicating with applicants to organizing interviews.
You will assist in the planning and execution of recruiting, campus and employer branding initiatives and support career fairs, events and social media activities.
You will support our apprenticeship and study programs in day-to-day operations and help with organizational and administrative tasks related to the supervision of our junior talent.
You will support operational workforce planning, prepare metrics and analyses, and contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
You will contribute your own ideas to optimize HR processes and support cross-functional projects related to recruiting, employer branding and workforce planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or a related field and have successfully completed at least three semesters of your bachelor’s degree.
You are interested in recruiting, employer branding, talent acquisition and workforce planning and want to gain practical experience in HR.
You have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; initial experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
You work in a structured, independent and service-oriented manner and demonstrate careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
You are a strong communicator, a team player, proactive, reliable and empathetic.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
