About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As Product Manager for our Business Service applications, you are cross-functionally responsible for product innovation and further development of our Business Service platform, which we provide to our customers.
  • Together with the team, you are responsible for the functional analysis of new requirements, trends and potentials and enjoy developing innovative product ideas.
  • In this context, you conduct market analysis and evaluate new developments based on business cases.
  • You contribute to the creation of customer communications and manage the functional coordination of commissions and product enhancements.
  • You act as the interface to our stakeholders and advise them on the possible uses of our Business Services solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a degree in business administration or (business) informatics and many years of relevant professional experience (more than 6 years) or an equivalent qualification, as well as experience leading cross-functional (partial) projects.
  • Generally, you are distinguished by your experience in product management and a curiosity for technical innovations to further develop yourself and the products and services you are responsible for.
  • Your strong communication skills in contact with customers and internal colleagues, together with a pronounced hands-on mentality, shape the way you work.
  • You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
  • Strong customer orientation, assertiveness, a quick grasp, and responsible thinking and acting complete your profile.
