About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop technical concepts and solutions taking into account new business requirements and specifications, and implement them in coordination with the Product Owners and the technically responsible lead.
You use modern technologies, standards, frameworks and tools in development.
Together with the team, you develop cross-cutting applications (e.g. parameter management, roles & permissions, reporting) for the business teams in EGP/agree21Finanzen through pair programming and code reviews.
You are responsible for executing unit, integration and performance tests, bug fixing and maintenance, as well as for last-level support.
Cross-functional, location-spanning and virtual collaboration in agile teams is natural for you.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a degree in (business) informatics/computer science and several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of the following programming languages/technologies is an advantage; mandatory, however, is the willingness to learn them:
- Frontend: JavaScript, Vue.js
- Backend: Java, Spring & Spring Boot, database access with Hibernate, JPA and Oracle; other tools: Maven, Camunda, Git, Jira, Confluence
Preferably you already have experience in the banking and finance sector, ideally even with Atruvia AG applications (EGP, agree21Finanzen).
You have business‑fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
Strong cooperation skills, enjoyment of teamwork, an independent working style and a strong quality orientation complete your profile.
