About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You work with a committed development team on the design and further development of our card functionalities, helping to make them future-proof and available omnichannel.
- You accompany the entire software lifecycle in both frontend and backend and manage the handover into the CI/CD pipeline.
- With your experience in prompt engineering and in designing and developing decoupled services (microservices & APIs), you help expand the team's knowledge and act as a mentor to your colleagues.
- You take responsibility for the quality of your work through automated tests, code reviews and continuous integration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification, and have many years of relevant professional experience as well as experience leading cross-functional (sub)projects.
- You have a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior in a digitalized world.
- You have solid knowledge of the DevSecOps approach and are proficient in both frontend (e.g. Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, reactive programming) and backend (e.g. Java, Spring ecosystems).
- You have extensive experience developing microservices and APIs, with security topics such as service mesh and OAuth, and in integrating third-party systems and container platforms.
- You are familiar with tools and technologies such as OpenShift, Docker, GitLab, and AI tools including prompting.
- You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
- You work in a structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented way with a high standard of quality.
- You demonstrate strong teamwork skills and practical experience with agile methodologies.
