Risk and Compliance Manager, Products and Audits
Atruvia AGRisk and Compliance Manager for integrated management systems in the cooperative finance sector, overseeing audits and product risk control.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are passionate about Governance, Risk and Compliance management (GRC) as an integrated management system.
- You will perform the monthly controlling of product risks in Prokorisk, including coordinating and analyzing product-related reviews (e.g., PS880 audits) and reviewing product-related data protection artifacts (e.g., DSFA / DPIA).
- You will conduct audits, for example of business unit processes and control activities, as well as data protection audits.
- You will support process-related reviews (e.g., PS951 audits, ISO combined audits).
- You will operationalize procedures in tools (e.g., documentation, status tracking, overviews of relevant information, etc.).
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with advanced IT knowledge, plus several years of professional experience in risk and compliance management and in conducting audits.
- You are experienced with regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance, and you are familiar with risk controlling.
- You have strong skills in Power BI, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- You possess business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
- You bring a high level of initiative and strong organizational skills.
