About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are passionate about Governance, Risk and Compliance management (GRC) as an integrated management system.
You are responsible for identifying, structuring and preparing new and changed regulatory and legal requirements that affect the company.
You own regular GRC status assessments, including evaluation of the risk situation and compliance status, and the maintenance of rules for risk and compliance management (including data protection) as an integrated management system.
You act with consideration of standards/models such as DICO and ISACA (COBIT).
Documenting the required reporting content for GRC reporting (e.g. risk report, service provider report, compliance report) is an important part of your role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification; in the latter case with advanced IT knowledge and ideally several years of professional experience in risk and compliance management.
Regulatory requirements and regulatory compliance, as well as analysis of regulatory obligations, are familiar to you.
Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are tools you know well.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
CISSP and/or CRISC and/or ITIL and/or COBIT are not mandatory but provide a good foundation for your work.
You bring a high degree of initiative as well as strong communication, organization and teamwork skills.
