About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support the HR People Services team in carrying out HR administrative tasks with a focus on thoroughness, service orientation and collaboration.
- You review personnel measures taking legal, collective bargaining (tariff) and internal requirements into account and implement them in a structured and reliable way.
- Preparing and processing documents on various personnel-related topics such as parental leave, employment references, educational leave, changes to working hours and transfers is part of your responsibilities.
- You are responsible for preparing and reviewing works council hearings and work closely with the works council in a trust-based manner.
- You work in close coordination with Recruiting, HR People Partners and our employment lawyers to ensure smooth, service-oriented HR support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed vocational training (in HR) with many years of relevant professional experience (more than 6 years), or a degree (in HR) with several years of relevant professional experience (2 to 6 years), or an equivalent qualification.
- You have very good skills in preparing employment-related documents and corresponding knowledge of employment law.
- You have experience with SAP HCM GUI, Oracle HCM, MS Teams and Office 365, in particular Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- You demonstrate a strong service and quality orientation, high reliability and integrity.
- You are able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, good time management and are a team player.
- You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
