About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You independently initiate, plan, design and manage large-scale strategic and transformational projects — from strategy through to implementation.
You advise and support the Executive Board and top management on strategic and transformational issues.
You lead cross-functional project teams with an increasingly agile approach in complex topics and environments, contributing your industry-specific expertise and practical know-how.
You bring market insights and expertise on trending topics into projects and actively and progressively shape the further development of the in-house consulting function.
You maintain, expand and leverage your network of decision-makers within the company, the group, the cooperative network and with strategically relevant partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a completed (Master's) degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field of study.
You have many years of experience in a strategy or management consultancy, or in a comparable role in the context of strategy or M&A, ideally within banking & finance and/or IT.
You have solid leadership and project management experience in complex constellations.
You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
You bring analytical skills and problem-solving competence with a comprehensive methodological toolkit and a proactive, can-do attitude.
You have strong communication and assertiveness skills and a confident presence even with critical stakeholders.
A high degree of initiative, independence and customer orientation characterizes you.
High interpersonal skills and empathy, as well as strong team orientation and a solution-focused approach, complete your profile.
