About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support the Tribe in designing, further developing and applying the processes and tools for our projects and services.
For the delivery and execution of our services, you use the tools commonly used at Atruvia and adapt their application to the Tribe’s needs.
You independently develop optimizations for project support and leverage the possibilities of AI and automation as well as the network within the business unit and Atruvia.
You act as a multiplier in the Tribe, independently informing the team in an audience-appropriate manner about updates to processes and tools and supporting compliance with applicable rules.
Presentations to internal and external stakeholders are part of your role and something you enjoy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a completed degree in business, project management or a related field, plus several years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in project management, project office or comparable roles.
You are an expert in using Atruvia’s commonly used tools for project management and service delivery (MS Dynamics (CRM), Atruvia-Hub, Atruvia-Shop, Cockpit, Planta, M365, Confluence/Jira, etc.) and are enthusiastic about the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
You have strong conceptual skills and are confident in communication and presentation to internal and external stakeholders, as well as in transferring knowledge.
