About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will work on the technical implementation of our omnichannel platform within omnichannel management (application “Appointment Management / Complaint Management”), developing both frontend and backend components.
  • You will design solutions and concepts that take new technological challenges and requirements into account, coordinating closely with the team.
  • You will be part of a highly motivated, agile team and accompany the entire development process.
  • Cross-functional and virtual collaboration is natural for you, including cooperation with our nearshore partner Accesa in Romania and other external development partners.
  • You enjoy shaping software architectures and selecting appropriate technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a degree in (business) computer science or a related field and several years of relevant professional experience (2 to 6 years) in fullstack development, or an equivalent qualification.
  • As a fullstack developer you will be responsible for the new development and further development of our “Appointment Management” and/or “Complaint Management” applications, which run on our omnichannel platform (Banking Workspace, Online Banking, Banking App).
  • You have strong knowledge of common technologies such as Angular within a microservice architecture, OpenShift, Java and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Spring Boot is an advantage.
  • You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills (B2 level).
  • You are familiar with agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum.
  • You work independently, take responsibility and are team-oriented; you apply these strengths within the Tribe as well as across other service and business domains.
