About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work on the technical implementation of our omnichannel platform within omnichannel management (application “Appointment Management / Complaint Management”), developing both frontend and backend components.
You will design solutions and concepts that take new technological challenges and requirements into account, coordinating closely with the team.
You will be part of a highly motivated, agile team and accompany the entire development process.
Cross-functional and virtual collaboration is natural for you, including cooperation with our nearshore partner Accesa in Romania and other external development partners.
You enjoy shaping software architectures and selecting appropriate technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a degree in (business) computer science or a related field and several years of relevant professional experience (2 to 6 years) in fullstack development, or an equivalent qualification.
As a fullstack developer you will be responsible for the new development and further development of our “Appointment Management” and/or “Complaint Management” applications, which run on our omnichannel platform (Banking Workspace, Online Banking, Banking App).
You have strong knowledge of common technologies such as Angular within a microservice architecture, OpenShift, Java and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Spring Boot is an advantage.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills (B2 level).
You are familiar with agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum.
You work independently, take responsibility and are team-oriented; you apply these strengths within the Tribe as well as across other service and business domains.
