About the role
- You enjoy being a Product Owner as part of an agile, cross-functional team in the mortgage and commercial real estate financing space and taking responsibility for delivering our solutions.
- You willingly assume functional and strategic responsibility for business processes and products from concept through acceptance.
- You evaluate and prioritize customer requirements using agile methods and create features and user stories.
- You collaborate with the team and architects to design solutions that respect the end-to-end process perspective and align these solutions with stakeholders.
- You represent and present solutions at internal and external events and facilitate workshops with banks and partner organizations.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services/Banking and have several years of professional experience in retail/commercial banking, or you possess a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience and specialist knowledge in subsidy/grant financing (Fördermittelgeschäft).
- You have practical experience with agile methods and tools.
- You have fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
- You work independently and take responsibility, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, resilience, and enjoyment of team collaboration complete your profile.
