About the role
- You are responsible for support of complex applications and services as part of a qualified service desk in the securities domain.
- You act as a subject-matter specialist, prepare solution information in a customer-friendly manner, are responsible for communicating it and act as a knowledge multiplier.
- You are involved in escalations and major incidents, perform extensive and thorough testing for quality assurance, and take responsibility for timely customer communication.
- You advise customers in a targeted manner, present our solution offerings to them, and convey their requirements for the further development of our products.
- You support product rollouts, take on special tasks as needed, and may participate in projects and committees.
Requirements
- You have a degree in economics/business administration (focus on banking/finance) with several years of relevant professional experience, or a completed bank apprenticeship (e.g., bank clerk) with additional qualifications (e.g., bank specialist, banking business administrator) and many years of professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.
- You possess sound knowledge of the securities business and have already gained experience in customer service/support or in bank organization.
- You bring a strong customer- and service-orientation; your reliable and independent working style, analytical thinking, and very good coordination skills distinguish you.
- You are able to handle conflict and are assertive while at the same time highly cooperative and a strong team player; you are reliable and have a high sense of quality and responsibility.
