About the role

  • You take functional and strategic ownership of our products from concept through to acceptance.
  • You collaborate with the Product Manager to shape a customer-centric product vision, a coordinated roadmap and a release plan aligned with strategy and corporate objectives.
  • You evaluate and prioritize requirements using agile methods and create features and user stories.
  • You work together with the Product Manager, the team and the architects to develop solutions that reflect an end-to-end process perspective. In doing so, you will gradually take over topics from current subject-matter owners.
  • You coordinate independently and, when required, cross-functionally with other business and technical areas.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with several years of professional experience, or possess a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience as a Product Owner and are comfortable working in agile ways of working. Tools such as Jira and Confluence are part of your daily routine.
  • You demonstrate an independent and self-directed working style and bring strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, creativity/innovative drive and a strong quality mindset.
  • You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • You are motivated and enthusiastic about interdisciplinary collaboration based on an open, honest and respectful working culture.
Benefits
  • Flexible working: We operate in a balanced hybrid mix of remote work and presence in modern office environments (Activity Based Working).
  • Work–life balance: With our individual working time models such as part-time, the option to choose full-time between 30–40 hours and our lifetime working hours account (sabbatical and/or time off before retirement), you can find the right balance.
  • Balancing private life and career: We offer a family allowance and support in special family situations, such as caring for relatives.
  • Individual benefits: You can choose between bike leasing, IT hardware leasing, employer savings contributions (vermögenswirksame Leistungen) and/or an additional day off, as well as an occupational pension and other options.
  • Onboarding: We welcome you at our #enter welcome event; you will also receive structured onboarding with a mentor (buddy) and regular feedback meetings with your People Lead.
  • Health management – Health, Family and Life: Through our offerings and partnerships (e.g. with the Familiengenossenschaft and voiio) we support you in various ways. Eat a varied diet in our company cafeterias and connect through our sports offerings.
  • Career model and training: In our development dialogues you discuss your professional, methodological and personal career goals and pursue them through our diverse training opportunities.
  • Our corporate values: Respectful, open and honest, self-responsible, supportive and results-oriented — guided by team spirit, a drive for innovation and active knowledge sharing.
  • Future and job security: As a cooperative company with decades of experience, we are pioneers in digital transformation in the banking sector and a systemically important employer.
