About the role
- IT project manager with a focus on agile project management methods and responsibility for the company-wide SAP RISE transformation — across multiple business units and workstreams.
- Lead and steer the program regarding scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and dependencies.
- Responsible for management reporting to the Executive Board, leadership and relevant stakeholders, and for clear, audience-appropriate communication.
- Support the business areas with a focus on risks and provide documentation and regular reporting on project status and progress.
- Contribute knowledge of agile project management methods to the chapter and promote collegial exchange.
- Continuously improve internal processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Completed degree, e.g. in business administration, (business) informatics or natural sciences, plus several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification, and experience leading cross-functional (sub)projects.
- Familiar with project management methodologies and hold certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI or PMP.
- Proven experience leading large, group-wide SAP programs, ideally SAP RISE or “lift-and-shift” migrations.
- Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (B2).
- Demonstrates strong communication and conflict-resolution skills and effective cooperation with third parties.
