About the role

  • You organize and facilitate agile events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro) and ensure their quality.
  • You support the Product Owner with backlog management, refinement, ensuring compliance with regulatory-critical tasks, and maintain continuous transparency about current delivery progress.
  • You proactively remove impediments.
  • You promote self-organization, personal accountability and an open feedback culture within the team, and take responsibility for effective collaboration according to agile principles and our company values.
  • You think beyond immediate boundaries and help the team better understand and embrace agile principles.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in (business) informatics or business psychology and have several years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in (software) projects. Certification (e.g. PSM I/II or CSM) is a plus.
  • You master Scrum methodology, have a deep understanding of agile values, and are confident in moderating workshops and using agile metrics (velocity, burndown) to make progress visible.
  • Working with Jira and Confluence is part of your everyday routine.
  • You are empathetic, strong in communication, and have a feel for group dynamics and conflict resolution.
  • You have business-fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
