About the role

  • You are the primary contact for all questions of individual and collective employment law.
  • You actively shape developments by drafting collective bargaining agreements, works agreements, interest settlement agreements and social plans, and by supporting their negotiations.
  • You provide employment-law support for transactions and restructurings.
  • You develop, revise and manage personnel policies, employment contracts and general terms of employment, ensuring a legally secure foundation for our company.
  • You represent our company in labor court proceedings and act on behalf of the group companies in all employment-law matters.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with a focus on employment law and many years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a company's HR department, or an equivalent qualification and experience in leading cross-functional (partial) projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment, social and tax law and a good understanding of HR processes.
  • Confident user of MS Office products and ideally experienced with SAP-HR.
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • You convince by your personality, are strong in communication, confident in negotiations and have pronounced assertiveness.
  • You work independently, analytically and in a structured way, are a team player and bring a high degree of customer orientation.
