About the role
- You work on the further development of an AI-supported categorization model for the automated classification of transactions.
- You integrate the model into a modern big-data and microservice architecture and support its productive use in the system.
- You ensure the quality, maintainability and stability of the solution through test automation, structured documentation and support.
- You contribute to the optimization of data processing and machine learning models and bring your own ideas.
- You work independently in an agile team and actively shape your tasks according to your skills and interests.
Requirements
- You are studying (business) computer science, Data Science or a comparable field and have completed at least three semesters of your bachelor's degree.
- You have solid knowledge of software development and experience with Python and SQL, ideally complemented by initial experience with Java.
- Ideally, you have already worked with technologies such as Jupyter, Databricks, PySpark or machine learning frameworks.
- You work analytically, in a structured and independent way and enjoy diving into complex technical questions.
- You feel comfortable in an agile, interdisciplinary environment, enjoy teamwork and actively exchange ideas with developers and business analysts.
- You are happy to be on site at the Karlsruhe location and appreciate collaborating on our modern campus.
- You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
