About the role
- You are responsible for the personnel management of 43 employees. Together with the Tribe Lead — the functional manager — you ensure target achievement and thus make a significant contribution to the company’s success.
- As a role model and guide during change, you identify and foster employees’ talents and ensure a strengths-based deployment.
- By creating a balanced team composition, you establish the conditions for your employees’ personal and professional development and attract new team members.
- You inspire and encourage employees to find solutions independently, resolve conflicts, and support them with regular feedback, drawing on your proven coaching skills.
- Active communication at all levels and intensive networking enable you to recognize diverse needs and prepare yourself and the team for change.
- Due to cross-location collaboration, a high level of commitment and willingness to travel is required.
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration (Master’s level) as well as several years of professional and leadership experience, or a comparable qualification. A coaching qualification or additional training in HR and organizational development is desirable.
- You demonstrate comprehensive digital leadership competence, experience in employee support and recruiting, and proficiency in using leadership instruments and tools.
- You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
- You impress with your cooperative leadership approach as well as moderation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills in advisory and coaching situations.
- With your social competence, you promote personal responsibility and a constructive error culture, enabling everyone to contribute their skills in line with company and audit objectives.
- Your willingness to embrace change repeatedly, to take responsibility, and your high level of empathy round off your profile.
