About the role

  • You analyze the existing advisor workflow within the digital real estate financing journey and document the current process.
  • You identify pain points and opportunities for improvement through interviews with advisors and usability analyses of the existing application.
  • You derive requirements for an expert tool to support advisors during the financing process.
  • You develop a UX concept for an expert mode within the application and design user-centered interaction and operational concepts.
  • You visualize your results through UI designs or prototypes (e.g., in Figma) and optionally conduct a short usability evaluation.

Requirements

  • You are studying User Experience Design, Media & Interaction Design, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Media Design and would like to write your bachelor's thesis in the UX or product design field.
  • You are interested in UX research, digital products, and user-centered design of complex applications.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with UX methods (interviews, usability testing, analysis of user processes).
  • You enjoy working with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and can present ideas visually.
  • You work analytically, in a structured and independent manner, and enjoy understanding and improving complex user processes.
