About the role

  • As Product Owner, you are responsible for the products/solutions in the Capital Gains Tax domain.
  • You actively drive the further development and optimization of current topics and thus shape a central and stable element of our digital banking services.
  • Through your commitment to stakeholder management, you ensure that agreed goals are not only defined but also successfully implemented together.
  • You coordinate task distribution within the team, roll up your sleeves to help, and act as the first escalation point when challenges arise.
  • As the central contact person for tax matters, you guarantee their quality, stability, and smooth functionality.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or (Banking) Business Administration and have several years of relevant professional experience in the described area, or you possess a comparable qualification.
  • You have a very good understanding of a bank’s organisational and process structure as well as of market and direct banks and their requirements, and ideally knowledge of the Cooperative Financial Group (Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe).
  • You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • You are characterised by an independent and responsible working style combined with strong analytical thinking, a pronounced sense of responsibility, communication skills, and quality awareness.
  • You bring motivation and enthusiasm for agile, interdisciplinary collaboration based on an open, honest, and respectful manner of working.
