About the role
- You maintain and manage interfaces and Linux servers and actively contribute to shaping our HR IT system landscape.
- You are responsible for scripting for interface management (e.g., using Python or Bash) as well as maintaining and extending existing interfaces using SQL.
- You create and maintain system documentation — for example for regulatory requirements or internal manuals.
- You perform administrative tasks in Oracle HCM, EPM and the Analytics Data Warehouse.
- You provide support for SSO, LDAP and Active Directory-related matters.
Requirements
- You hold a degree with an IT focus and several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification, and have experience leading cross-functional (sub)projects.
- You have solid knowledge of Linux systems, experience in scripting, and working with SQL.
- You are experienced in supporting and optimizing interface solutions and have good knowledge of cloud technologies as well as SSO, LDAP and Active Directory.
- You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
- You are analytically and conceptually strong, have a quick grasp of new topics, and demonstrate customer-oriented and business-minded thinking and actions.
