About the role

  • You actively contribute to improving efficiency and optimizing contracts.
  • You take responsibility for regular contract controlling and reporting.
  • You support contract owners and their business units in annual financial planning and related forecasts.
  • You assist in contract design by defining contract contents and selecting contractual items.
  • Within contract management, you are responsible for the business advisory of SGS (Servicefield/Businessfield/Staff) and the Tribe Leads, as well as for monitoring contract compliance and metrics, and you collaborate on risk assessments, outsourcing management and third‑party procurement evaluations.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration and have several years of relevant professional experience, e.g., in contract management, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have a strong affinity for IT/datacenter infrastructure topics (platforms), e.g., servers, databases, networks.
  • You are proficient with tools such as PowerPoint and Excel and have basic knowledge of SAP; experience with Jira is desirable.
  • You have business‑fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, the ability to work independently and in a goal‑oriented manner, and excellent communication skills.
  • You bring an agile mindset, enthusiasm for new topics and enjoyment in continuously improving our internal team processes.
