About the role

  • You will assist with creating and maintaining products in the Atruvia Shop, our central digital ordering portal for customer products.
  • You will work closely with product managers to capture and manage product information in a structured way in the SAP system using a PLM tool.
  • You will contribute to coordinating product processes — for example, providing, modifying or discontinuing products — in collaboration with various specialist departments.
  • You will configure predefined product variants in the SAP system and learn how digital product offerings are implemented both technically and functionally.
  • You will support testing of new products and product features and ensure that all requirements are met before a product goes live in the shop.

Requirements

  • You are studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable field and have successfully completed at least three semesters of your bachelor’s degree.
  • You are interested in product management, digital ordering processes and data management and want to gain practical experience working with SAP systems and digital platforms.
  • You have solid skills in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and are open to learning tools such as SAP or PLM systems.
  • You work in a structured, careful and reliable manner and enjoy organizing data and processes clearly.
  • You are strong in communication, team-oriented and eager to learn, and you have very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
Benefits
  • Practical experience: Gain hands-on experience through diverse tasks in your preferred field and contribute to real projects.
  • Mentoring and supervision: Experienced student supervisors will support and guide you throughout your placement. They will coordinate your technical onboarding and provide regular feedback.
  • Flexible work: We value a good work–life balance. We offer flexible working hours and a balanced hybrid mix of remote work and presence in modern office environments to support compatibility of work and studies.
  • Networking events: You have the opportunity to network with other students and employees at regular meetings and events during work hours and after work. Make friends over table football and Nintendo Switch breaks, or gain exclusive insights into other companies within the Financial Group.
  • Discounts and additional benefits: Enjoy attractive offers such as discounted lunches in our staff restaurants, sports groups and other corporate benefits.
  • Career development and training: Develop professionally, methodically and personally through varied tasks and our extensive seminar offerings.
  • Theses and internships: We support you in finding topics and completing your thesis. You can also apply to us for (mandatory) internships.
  • Sustainability: Our accessible locations have good transport links and are easy to reach by public transport. Bicycle parking and parking with charging stations are available across the site.
