About the role

  • You will work closely with our UX/UI designers and gain hands-on insight into professional user interface and user experience work in digital banking.
  • You will support the optimization of user interfaces and digital processes—particularly in the areas of real estate & housing and loans & financing.
  • Using Figma, you will create screen designs and interactive prototypes based on our design system and develop user-centered solutions.
  • You will support development teams in the conception and implementation of innovative UI/UX concepts and ensure that design and engineering work together optimally.
  • You will conduct structured UI/UX reviews and quality checks to help ensure our digital products meet the highest usability standards.

Requirements

  • You are studying Computer Science, Media & Interaction Design, User Experience, Media Design or a related course and have successfully completed at least three semesters of your Bachelor's degree.
  • You have first practical experience with Figma and ideally with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
  • You work in a structured, independent and user-centered way and have a good understanding of digital interaction concepts.
  • You demonstrate analytical thinking, customer orientation and clear communication—both within the team and with stakeholders.
  • You have very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) and enjoy working in a team.
