About the role

  • You work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to ensure clear prioritization and the achievement of objectives.
  • You support the development of two teams and foster an open, trust-based collaboration, even in challenging team dynamics.
  • You facilitate Scrum events, ensure that agile principles and values are practiced within the team, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree with a technical or business emphasis, or hold an equivalent qualification, and have several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • You have solid knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and can apply them flexibly.
  • You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • You are communicative, empathetic and demonstrate a pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working.
  • Your profile is rounded off by an agile, delivery-oriented mindset and a customer-centric approach to thinking and acting.
