About the role
- You take ownership — from the initial idea through concept to supporting implementation — and ensure that technology creates real value.
- You develop viable solution sketches and user stories.
- You act as the link between the Product Owner and the development team.
- You actively support implementation, review results for compliance with requirements, and carry out functional acceptance.
- With your structured approach you bring clarity and order to complex projects within an agile environment.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in (business) informatics or (banking) business administration, several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification, as well as experience leading cross-functional (sub)projects.
- You bring a very high level of technical understanding and experience in requirements engineering and requirements management.
- You combine extensive technical know-how with strong commercial and analytical thinking and ensure we develop the right solutions before we start implementation.
- You are highly communicative: you facilitate result-oriented and confident moderation between the interests of the business areas and technology.
- You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
