About the role
- Together with the Squad Owner (Product Owner), you are responsible for developing innovative, customer-oriented, and competitive solutions in the Homepage area within the omnichannel platform.
- You prioritize product requirements and ideas, develop sustainable solutions together with the Product Owner, the team, and our architects, and coordinate these with other teams and stakeholders.
- Your focus is on business analysis and market observation to identify new requirements, trends, opportunities, and innovative product ideas early.
- You accompany the entire product lifecycle from requirements and concept through development to piloting and support go-to-market activities.
- To continuously improve our applications and services, you contribute your expertise to product evolution, act as an active member of an agile team, and proactively engage in cross-functional topics.
Requirements
- You have a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification and several years of relevant professional experience.
- You have a good understanding of the organizational and process structure of a bank and bring knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and preferably related certifications, e.g., as a Business Analyst.
- You have business-fluent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
- You act confidently, have strong negotiation skills, and a high affinity for digital solutions, new technologies, usability, and design.
- You have a pronounced agile mindset as well as an independent, goal-oriented, and structured working style and the ability to work in a team.
