About the role

  • You are responsible as a Business Analyst for selected products of our affiliated partners, particularly in the area of real estate financing.
  • You coordinate requirements with our clients and specify them as implementation concepts. In coordination with stakeholders you prioritize requirements and keep an eye on dependencies with other teams.
  • You enjoy working in agile teams and applying agile working methods (Plannings, Reviews, Retros | Scrum). You prepare participation in plannings together with Product Owners and other Business Analysts and write functional stories.
  • You willingly take on subject-matter and strategic responsibility for business processes and products from the initial idea through acceptance.
  • You represent and present the solutions at internal and external events and moderate workshops with banks and partner companies.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance/banking and several years of relevant professional experience, or a bank vocational qualification with further professional development and many years of experience in retail banking.
  • In addition, you have experience in the affiliated business of the cooperative financial group.
  • You bring solid business administration knowledge of credit-specific banking processes as well as a good understanding of primary banks' organizational structures and the committee structures of the cooperative financial group.
  • You work independently, responsibly and in a team-oriented way, and you are able to present complex issues precisely and clearly.
  • You have strong and confident communication skills and negotiating skills in dialogue with customers and partners.
  • Willingness to travel, flexibility and enthusiasm for mobile work round off your profile.
