About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and structure cross-functional business issues within the personal data domain
- Derive robust business decision-making foundations
- Work closely with the Roadmap Manager to refine, specify, and operationalize topics in line with the tribe’s strategic objective
- Develop cross-functional topics into well-founded target visions, high-level capabilities, business cases, decision documents, and actionable deliverables
- Support the development of roadmap-relevant topics
- Work closely with Squad Owners, Architecture, UX/UI, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Evaluate business requirements and solution approaches from the customer and user perspective
- Ensure that requirements and solution approaches contribute to initiatives within the Cooperative Financial Network
- Support consistent quality standards in analysis, documentation, traceability, and business consistency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Information Systems or Business Administration, preferably with a banking focus, and several years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst—ideally in Requirements Engineering within an agile, scaled environment such as SAFe or LeSS (2 to 6 years)—or an equivalent qualification
- In-depth understanding of customer needs and behavior in the digitalized world
- Affinity for new technologies, particularly AI, digitalization, usability, and design
- Good understanding of a bank’s organizational structure and processes
- Ability to continuously challenge and integrate requirements into day-to-day work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong abstraction and conceptualization skills
- Creativity and a high degree of innovative thinking
- Practical knowledge of agile methods, such as Scrum or SAFe
- Agile mindset
- Product Owner certification or equivalent
- Fluent German, at least C1 level
- Fluent English, C1 level
