About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Promote agile values and methodologies, and explain the underlying principles and rationale
Foster self-organized ways of working within the teams and support them in achieving shared goals
Work closely with the Product Owner during the usual Scrum events
Act as a mediator and motivator for the team
Proactively identify and remove obstacles and impediments
Develop the team toward greater performance and agility
Ensure compliance with agile processes as part of the applicable compliance requirements
Contribute knowledge of the financial services industry and AI solutions, for example to automate internal banking processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in software development
Understanding of the different roles and perspectives within a cross-functional team
Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master
Agile certifications
Familiarity with application development, ideally in an AI environment
Good knowledge of banking operations and technical processes
Practical experience applying planning methods, techniques, and tools
Fluent German, at least C1 level
Good English skills, B2 level
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative leadership style
Experience working in agile teams, ideally in banking or fintech
A CV and relevant employment references/certificates are required with the application
