Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives from discovery through implementation and post-launch stabilization
  • Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, balancing scope, priorities, timelines, and organizational readiness
  • Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, and communication plans

  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
  • Establish project governance, milestones, success metrics, and reporting
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Maintain project documentation, risks, issues, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years leading complex cross-functional projects, preferably within staffing, contingent workforce, HR technology, payroll, or professional services
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business areas and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making without direct authority
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience supporting organizational change, competing priorities, and ambiguous environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and strategic planning skills
  • Experience with project management software/tools such as Microsoft Suite, Jira, and Visio
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to commute to and work onsite in the Holmdel, NJ office on a hybrid schedule
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
