About the role
- Assist with organizing and maintaining DER project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Talk with sales reps and collate feedback on the Digitally Enabled Rep program for marketing to enhance the program or improve training
- Assist marketing to prepare training slides for the sales team
- Participate in omnichannel planning across Oncology brands to ensure alignment and consistency
- Contribute to testing, QA, and rollout coordination for digital assets across channels
- Draft meeting summaries, prepare discussion materials, and support cross‑functional workshops
- Conduct light research on digital engagement trends, field deployment strategies, and marketing innovations
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines
- Energized by digital innovation and want to understand how it transforms field teams
- Enjoy connecting dots across teams, brands, and disciplines
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week internship (May/June-August 2026)
- Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program
- Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.
