About the role

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining DER project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Talk with sales reps and collate feedback on the Digitally Enabled Rep program for marketing to enhance the program or improve training
  • Assist marketing to prepare training slides for the sales team
  • Participate in omnichannel planning across Oncology brands to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Contribute to testing, QA, and rollout coordination for digital assets across channels
  • Draft meeting summaries, prepare discussion materials, and support cross‑functional workshops
  • Conduct light research on digital engagement trends, field deployment strategies, and marketing innovations

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines
  • Energized by digital innovation and want to understand how it transforms field teams
  • Enjoy connecting dots across teams, brands, and disciplines
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week internship (May/June-August 2026)
  • Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program
  • Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.
