Requirements
What you’ll need- Ph.D. or outstanding Master's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience (HR leadership and transformation consulting and/or facilitation)
- Native-level English required; native-level German desirable
- Intercultural mindset and a drive for personal and professional development
- Willingness to travel, including internationally
